We accept returns only for products that are received damaged.
No returns or exchanges will be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, size issues, etc.
🎥 Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
A clear, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory to be eligible for a return or refund.
The video must start before the parcel is opened and clearly show the shipping label, unboxing, and the damage.
Videos with cuts, edits, or taken after the parcel is opened will not be accepted.
⏰ Same Day Return Request
The return request must be made on the same day of delivery.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
