🎥 Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

  • A clear, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory to be eligible for a return or refund.

  • The video must start before the parcel is opened and clearly show the shipping label, unboxing, and the damage.

  • Videos with cuts, edits, or taken after the parcel is opened will not be accepted.

Same Day Return Request

  • The return request must be made on the same day of delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
